The Perry Hall Apple Festival is always held on the 3rd weekend in September. The 2019 festival will be on September 21st & 22nd from 10am–5pm. Craft spaces are available for both days only.
More detailed info can be found in the guidelines and release form, USE ADOBE ACROBAT to fill in and sign, save and upload to application. Please have the following ready in order to submit your online application form:
1) Guidelines form
2) A quality digital photo of what your are selling for use the photo on the festival website, and
NOTE: We ONLY ACCEPT CRAFTERS. We DO NOT ACCEPT spaces for business promotion or direct sales (for example Scentsy, Avon, Thirty-One, etc.). If you apply for a space for one of those types of businesses, your application will be declined.
We reserve the right to decline an application of a vendor for any reason, such as two many of the same type of item or a business or direct sales consultant/representative. *The Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA) will review your application and if for any reason it is not accepted, your money will be refunded.
