The Perry Hall Apple Festival is always held on the 3rd weekend in September. The 2017 festival will be on September 16th & 17th from 10am–5pm. Craft spaces are available for both days only.
**The following items are now full:**
- Soaps/Body Products
We ONLY ACCEPT CRAFTERS. We DO NOT ACCEPT spaces for business promotion or direct sales (for example Scentsy, Avon, Thirty-One, etc.). If you apply for a space for one of those types of businesses, your application will be declined.
Spaces are $75 total for both days,
and a limited number of outward-facing premium spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $100. Outward facing spaces are now full.
Note that in to submit your application, you MUST have ALL of the following items ready and available to upload in order to submit the your application:
- Guidelines and release forms (download and complete now, scanned pdf is preferred)
- Digital Photo(s) of of your items (Please note image requirements in form, your form will not submit and you will have to start over if the size limits are not followed.)
- Credit/Debit Card Payment*
ALL of the above items are required to submit the application.

*The Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA) will review your application and if for any reason it is not accepted, your money will be refunded. We reserve the right to decline an application of a vendor for any reason, such as two many of the same type of item or a business or direct sales consultant/representative.
